Virtual Shop:
There are two ways:
- Using the shopping
basket and paying by credit card though our Safe Server.
- Using the shopping
basket and paying by transfer or cash on delivery. Cokotua will
contact you to confirm the order.
Birds:
- By

no availability or a hand bred one, please fill our reservation
form.
TRANSPORTATION
All the products from our virtual shop will be delivered by certificate
mail o by using a transportation company.
The delivery of Birds will be done by fast transportation though a
transportation company.
PRICES & PAYMENT
PROCEDURE
All the orders are under prepayment conditions. Whatever it will be
the payment form selected the delivery of the goods will not be done
up to the confirmation of the payment. Vat is included in all the
prices.
GARANTIES
Quality:
Cokotua guaranties the quality of all our products. Product could
be returned in a maxim period of five days to count from the delivered
date. Once received the return product, Cokotua will proceed to send
a new delivery or return the money paid within ten days.
Origin:
All our birds come from our breeding center, in another case, Cokotua
will communicate the origin of the birds.
C.I.T.E.S. Certificate included in our selling price.
Health:
Our veterinarian checks on a regular base all our birds. Health Certificate
could l be provided at additional cost of 5.000 Ptas.- by certificate.
ADN Certificate & Microchip included in our selling price, depending
of the bird .
During the seven days after the bird has been delivered, the buyer
could check with his own veterinarian the health of the bird bought.
Cokotua will not accept any claim after that period.
Safety:
Cokotua guaranties that all the information received will be confidential.
All our data will be file off-line and never communicate to a third
parts.
The Safe server guaranties that Cokotua has not access to our customers
bank data.

DO NOT BUY WILD IMPORT
BIRDS, BUY ALWAYS BREEDING BIRDS AS A WAY TO STOP THE ILEGALITY AND
REDUCE THE WILD CATCHED BIRD IMPORTATION.
